Who we work for
Mailboxes at houses. Full stop.
We're the crew you call when the box is leaning, rusted through, backed over, or on the HOA's naughty list — or when your new build needs a compliant box before USPS will start delivery.
- Replacing a leaning, rusted, or damaged mailbox
- New-construction homes that need a box before mail starts
- HOA compliance — matched to your neighborhood's spec
- Upgrading a builder-grade box to something worth owning
What we don't do
So nobody wastes a phone call.
- Not a pack-and-ship store
- No PO-box rentals
- No cluster-box contracts for apartment complexes
- No hourly handyman work — mailbox installs only
If it's a mailbox at a single-family home in Hendersonville, Asheville, or Charlotte, it's our job.

Common questions
The three things everyone asks first.
Do I need to be home for the install?
No. Most customers aren't. As long as we can reach the curb, we handle everything and text you photos of the finished install.
How long does it take?
The install itself is usually 60–90 minutes. From your call to a finished mailbox is typically under a week in Hendersonville and Asheville; Charlotte runs on scheduled install days.
Will it meet USPS and HOA rules?
Yes — that's most of the reason we exist. Box bottom 41–45 inches above the road, face 6–8 inches back from the curb, per USPS standards. If your HOA specifies a model, we match it exactly.
Ready for a mailbox you don't have to apologize for?
Calls are answered around the clock by our booking team. Or send the form with a photo of your current box and we'll call you back with a firm price.
